- All residents should exercise judgment and caution in walking around the streets, particularly late at night, and should call 911 at any time a police officer is needed at the scene immediately.
- Alert residents are the eyes and ears of the police for the neighborhood. If anything looks suspicious, the police urge residents to call 911 whether situation appears to be an emergency or non-emergency.
