Dinner / Dance Tickets:
Individuals purchasing Dinner / Dance tickets will be seated for dinner at a table (typically for a party of eight) either at the hotel or in a private home. We will make every effort to honor requests to be seated with particular diners. However, if you are interested in meeting new neighbors on Beacon Hill, this is a fabulous way to do it. After dinner, all offsite dinner guests are transported to the hotel to join the other dinner guests and dance attendees for dancing and dessert. Dinner/ Dance tickets are $300 per person and considered Annual Appeal donations. See below for more information on Annual Appeal giving options and then complete our online donation form to make your donation and reserve your tickets.
Dance Tickets:
Dance tickets are not considered part of the Annual Appeal and may be purchased up to the day of the dance for $125 each. Dance tickets include dancing, coffee and dessert. Doors open to dance ticket holders at 7:00 pm. Please complete our online donation form to purchase Dance tickets.
Host Tickets
Dinner party hosts receive two complimentary dance tickets and two seats at a dinner party that they host. Hosting a dinner party is considered an in kind, tax deductible donation to the BHCA and is a very important part of upholding the dance's annual tradition. To sign up to host / purchase Host tickets, please complete our online donation form.
There are two ways to host a dinner party:
- At your home: You agree to host a dinner party for at least six guests from 6:30 8:45 pm. Pre-arranged transportation will be provided to pick up guests at your home at 8:45 pm and bring them to the hotel for dessert and dancing.
- At the hotel: You can purchase “hosting privileges” at a table of eight for $1250. The menu is pre-selected by the Dance Committee. A group cocktail party is held for all hotel dinner guests at 7:00 pm. Dinner begins at 7:30 pm and includes pre-selected red and white wine. A fabulous dessert table and dancing follow at 9:00 pm.

Annual Appeal Ticket Options
The BHCA Winter Dance is intimately tied to the organization's annual fundraising drive. All donations to the Annual Appeal of $300 or more, and received by December 31, are eligible to receive complimentary dinner and/or dance tickets as a thank you gift. Stated another way, dance tickets of $300 or more and purchased prior to December 31 are considered donations to the BHCA Annual Appeal. Annual appeal donors of $300 or more receive recognition in a thank you newspaper ad and the BHCA Annual Report.
If you purchase your tickets / make your donation of $300 or more prior to December 1, you will also receive recognition in the Winter Dance invitation mailed to all members.
