Recognizing the close confines in which we live and enjoy our unique neighborhood, the BHCA strives to help all residents and businesses be good neighbors to one another. Our robust committee structure, staffed by hard-working volunteers, carries much of the weight of this obligation. In addition, we publish an annual Neighborhood Guide to help ensure that we are all on the same page with regards to the regulations and procedures that govern daily life on the Hill.
