BHCA Chair: Tom Clemens
Zoning & Licensing is one of the BHCA's four main focus areas. With the active support of the Board, Zoning & Licensing works to apply BHCA's zoning and licensing policies in a reasonable and consistent manner that encourages residents and business owners to improve and invest in their properties, while respecting the rights and interests of their neighbors, and the historic character and long-term goals of the Neighborhod.
A group of voting members representing a cross-section of the Beacon Hill community attends monthly meetings to discuss issues with abutters and interested parties.
